Simulation of the fee for criminal defence work under the Italian legal fee parameters set by D.M. 55/2014, as updated by D.M. 147/2022 (table 15). For each item the minimum, average and maximum amounts are shown. The simulation is purely indicative and is not a quotation: a quotation is always issued by the firm in writing on the basis of the actual engagement.

Average liquidation values under table 15 annexed to D.M. 10 March 2014 no. 55, as replaced by D.M. 13 August 2022 no. 147. «Minimum» column: as a rule a reduction of up to 50% of the average values; «Maximum» column: as a rule an increase of up to 80% (art. 12). Where several clients in the same procedural position are assisted, the single fee is increased by 30% for each client after the first, up to ten, and by 10% for each of the following ones, up to twenty. Indicative simulation: for a quotation contact the firm. The fee is in any event agreed with the client by means of a written outline estimate, pursuant to art. 13, para. 5, L. 247/2012.
